HELLO HELLO

Okay first off its really weird seeing people with sweaters on because Saturday I literally thought I was going to die it was so hooottttttttt. I still can’t really accept that it is almost December. Looks like Thanksgiving was really yummy and really fun!

This week was really great. I’ve felt a new drive and energy that I really needed. We are focusing as a mission on what gift we want to give the Savior this Christmas, which has been helping me work hard until the end! :) my comp and I seriously have so much animos its really weird but I love it because I really feel like we are magnifying our calling. Our zone put a goal for 18 bautismos which is a bit high compared to all the other months! We put paper all over our apartment with the meta and jokes. I think I’m funny okay? ill only send a few... And we have been seeing so many miracles! we have a new investigator Graciela and she is so sweet and so humble. She takes care of a man that was left on the street because he has special needs. So sad.... but man, she is so smart and the Gospel clicks for her. She came to church this Sunday which has been a miracle!

We also had entrevistas with Presidente. It was so good as always. We talked about the difference between being perfect and being worthy. He said so many nice things about me and my comp and it made me so happy. I’m seriously trying to enjoy every moment here. I am so happy!

Have a great week!
Love you all!

Bautismo!
Hola familia como esta!!?

This week was de 10! for starters we didn’t have divisiones, meetings, NADA. We got work a full week like missionaries normales WAHOOO.

So funny story we forgot to pay the electricity bill and my companion is terrified of the dark and refused to sleep in our apartment so we had to go to Santiago for a night and sleep with the other Hermanas haha.

So this week Lautaro got baptized! His sister is member but his parents no :( They are AWESOME. They always come to church, solamente they both need to get divorced and then get married. They are really humble and said that its 10.000 pesos to get divorced cada una. We are going to go the the registro civil this week to see if there is another way. I love this family so much...we will find a way!

So the elders also had a baptism the same day and when we went to the church in the morning to fill the baptism fount we remembered that the drain doesn’t work and there is water like 1 month old from other baptism and it was a little dirty. So we spent the whole morning with the elders filling buckets of water and pouring down the drains in he bathrooms....haha it was a very interesting experience....but the pila bautismal was REALLY CLEAN and beautiful afterward. See photo

Whelp not much to tell this week. We are working hard and I’m learning new things every day. The mission is so amazing I don’t want it to end and I’m not accepting reality. haha

HAVE A GREAT WEEK. I love the idea of an Argentine Thanksgiving. Send pics please! Give Rebecca Lonas a big hug for me!

Debilidades
HOOLLLLAAA FAMILLIIAAA

Como estan??? Wow can you believe today I start my last transfer!? I really can;t believe it......... so weird. Whelp I thought for sure Hermana Goncalves was going to be transferred but she is staying! So that’s good!

Yeah so we kind of had a baptism! Surprise!!! Axel was really a miracle and I forgot to mention him last week oops. But yeah we have been teaching Axel this whole transfer but we never really focused on him because he wasn’t really progressing. But out of no where we had a really great lesson with him and he came to church and then we had his baptism! He already had asistencia a la iglesia with other Hermanas so it all happened so fast. But he came to church Sunday with a white shirt and tie and LOVES everything about the gospel. His abuela also came to his baptism and to church on Sunday! Axel´s mom died a year ago and his main interest in the church is that the family can be together forever and the temple! Miracles happen once and a while.

Bueno. this week was also a little bit rough for me emotionally. I don’t really know why but I’ve been feeling like lately all of my weaknesses (debilidades) are right in front of me like all the time and I’ve felt just really... I don’t really know how to explain it. But today I read in 1 Corinthians

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.”

Sometimes I have to remember that our weaknesses are to help us grow closer to Christ and to make us STRONG. I have so many weaknesses but I’m so grateful that we have the chance to change and grow. That we are never weak when we are with Christ!
Have a great week! I love you all and miss you so so much!
