Save it be one soul unto me, how great shall be your joy with him in the kingdom of my Father!

This week was the baptism de IMANOL yay! It was so so special and we are so happy. Literally as we are finishing this transfer I just felt the spirit so much and like always I don’t want to leave this area. (haha its funny because I wasn’t a fan for a good three months) but really it amazes me how much joy and love you feel as a missionary when you get to help people. It makes all the hard times worth it. Yesterday Imanol´s dad confirmed him and in the blessing he talked about how they can now go to the temple to get sealed. That never occurred to me that Imanol wasn’t sealed to his dad and it just made me even HAPPIER.

This week we also had interviews with president! I love president Chaparro. He is so nice. Basically the interview was just him saying nice things about me and like always I didn’t know how much I needed to hear the things he said until he said them. The spirit is the best. Just gave me more confidence that what we are doing is good.

This week really is going to be crazy because we have to do intercambios de emergency and we have another intercambio normal and then we have an activity for the rama that we are planning and then General conference. Man loco. I’m so excited for general conference! Can you believe it is my final one in the mission?  MAKE TIME SLOW DOWN PLEASE.

PS fun facts:
My companion hates popcorn with salt (here they eat popcorn with sugar)
In the photo I was the only brave one to take out the hair in our drain... it was gross.
My companion spelled ¨Please¨ like this ----> pliz
Another hermana said to me ¨Hermana Allen kiss my bum¨¨ Oh my! The things Latinos learn in English on the streets these days.

Have a great semana! LOVE YOU!

Okay hello hello

I felt better later Monday night from my food poisoning, which was good because we had to travel 3 hours that night for a zone conference in Tartagal.

Imanol is progressing real nice. I’m so happy for him! He is so excited for his baptism. He is really shy but knows a lot about the gospel and I’m so happy because his dad is really strong in the church and even thought he doesn’t live with him he has such a good relationship with his dad.

Last night we had a noche de hogar with 2 branches and the missionaries.  So many people came it was awesome! We gave each member a Book of Mormon to give to their friends. We are trying to get creative to help the members get more excited! There is not too much enthusiasm for the obra misional here.

Ah so sorry I feel like I have nothing to say.
Love you guys!

Next week will be better!

Whelp
I almost didn’t write today. I’m kind of hoping that I don’t throw up while writing this letter. Yes, I have been throwing up since 5am but I recently just got another injection to stop it... That seems to be the solution here in Argentina... injections! hahaha

So this week we had so many miracles.  My companion and I really felt guided by the spirit. So Immanol is 13 and he has been coming to church for some time now, only we couldn’t teach him because he never would ask his mom for permission (his dad is miembro but lives with his mom) so the other day we were talking with Imanol and we asked him were he lived so we can talk to is mom. Turns out he LIVES IN THE SAME HOUSE THAT CAMILIA OUR OLD INVESTIGATOR WHOSE GRANDMA YELLED AT US.

I 100% did not want to go back to this house. Then the other day we were walking and Immanol was just walking and Hermana Morales asked if his mom was home and he said yes. So we went and his mom was super chill! She said if he likes it and wants to continue she has no problem. So that was a miracle and Imanol is so excited for his baptism! He was gong to be baptized this Saturday but his dad is a policeman and has to work, but si o si Saturday 24 :)

Okay I have no energy. Next week will be better! Love you!!!

PANTS!
This week was LOCO.

Well bueno pobre Hermana Rojas had to have an operation AGIAN and Presidente y Hermana Chaparro were in Oran for 3 days and most of my week has been running around crazy helping the other Hermanas that live with us.

Also wow... the pants are the best. Not one mosquito tried to eat us. but really weird because as of Saturday its winter again. Right know I’m with boots and my big coat and tights so I don’t know what’s going on with the weather here, but I’m not complaining....it can be winter still and I am cool with that.

So we had an experience really spiritual with a member, Hermana Flores. We are teaching her sister in law (Gaby) and also her step son (Imanol). So Thursday we wanted to pass by to share a scripture with her real fast so we called her but she wasn’t home. However, she said that we should pass by a kiosco media cuadra de su casa to visit her neighbor. She doesn’t know her, but every time she passed by her neighbor she looks really sad. She we went to visit her neighbor (ROSANA) she let us in and we asked about her kids and her family. The first question we always ask is if they are married haha. She said no but they had plans until her daughter de 14 aƱos passed away as of August. We began to talk about the plan of salvacion a little bit and she said she wants to have more faith in god, because well right know she doesn’t understand why God would take away her daughter. But the best part was her prayer at the end. It was so beautiful; I felt the chills all over my body. I haven’t felt the spirit like that during a lesson for a very very long time. She thank God for sending us to help her and then started to talk about her daughter. She is so sad and we already have so much love and want to help her so much.

Yesterday my comp showed me a video de Elder Holland and Benard for mission presidents and trial in the mission and how it’s connected to the atonement. It was the best thing of my life.  ill try to send it to you. But I liked it because it reminded me of what mom said the other week about giving it your all even when you feel tired. And how after the hardest trail in Christ’s life (atonement) he went to continue to work in the spirit world.

Keep working! Keep trying! Keep enduring!

Love you all!!
